Questioning is the ability to organise our thinking around what we don't know. If you think that you ask yourself questions then think about what kind of questions you ask. From my experience we all ask WRONG questions. Without knowing ourselves better. When the life gets tough you ask yourself 'why is this happening to me?' 'when people and situation around me will change?' when life will become little easier?
These kind of questions will take you nowhere.
That's why right questioning to yourself is important. KNOW YOURSELF BETTER. When I say this I want you to understand the power of observation. Observe yourself every moment. Then ask yourself questions like "why am I so stressed or depressed?" what is the real reason behind it? Is it because of people or tough situations?? Or is it just me who has no proper mindset?
All these questions will give you a right direction. So whatever situations are look within, OBSERVE yourself daily.
Life is too short so act now.

How consciousness is important???
One of the most important thing I've learned in the past few months that living consciously every second of your life is the key to live Joyfully. I see people living their life miserably because they don't have control on their mind. Instead of seeking within people seek temporary comfort and happiness in materialistic things.
You'll see the people who are always talking about peace peace peace are those who have no idea of what actual peace is.They spend their every second living compulsively all their life. This has to change.
Being conscious is knowing what you are and what you should become to live joyful life. Being conscious is knowing your bad habits even smaller ones that affects your whole life.
Being conscious about your mental and physical health. Forget working people are so busy in their rat race they don't even think about importance of mental health.
I never understand the phrase 'Be yourself'. What if you are miserable person because of your habits? 'Be a learner and observer' Consciousness makes you aware that you need to change.
I think consciousness improve the important factor of life that is "CLARITY". When you pay attention to your own thoughts like how you react to criticism and failures in career or relationships. It will help you to work on yourself.
Just think if you make a habit of living fully conscious every second of your life you won't spend your time and energy in unnecessary situations. You won't get angry over the things that can be handle calmly and you won't cry over stupid things which won't matter in future. This understanding will make you joyful.
How to make habit of conscious living? 1.MEDITATION
The day you start meditation it will introduce you with your soul. Soul have nothing to do with your thoughts and your possessions in your life. Start meditating for 15-20 minutes everyday and experience the lifetime change by yourself.
2.DIARY
This is a very helpful tool. Write down your daily habits and what you need to improve everyday.
Remember this: Consciousness is the only thing that makes us better than other creatures on this planet. Understand this and be master of your own life. ❤️
